We feel that if our staff members love their jobs, our customers will love to come to Big Daddy’s. Even though we are a multi-unit chain operation, Big Daddy’s is operated with a family mentality, and all of our bosses are accessible, a tradition started by Joe Flanigan himself.

REQUIREMENTS: A package store employee must be able to see, speak clearly, and listen attentively. The position requires the ability to stand and the mobility to move about in a strenuous pace for up to four (4) hours at a time, bend, stoop, squat, crawl and to consistently lift objects weighing up to one hundred (100) pounds. A package store employee must also be able to reach and grasp objects and have the coordination necessary to handle tools and operate equipment.
