TINCUP is named for the Colorado mining pioneers and the tin cups from which they drank. This high-rye Bourbon (which oddly, doesn't say Bourbon on the label though it meets the basic criteria) is bold and spicy, and plays well in cocktail combinations. A big oak and vanilla mix finishes with clove, dried cherry, and a surprising, bright touch of lemon peel. Its not distilled in Colorado, but is cut with Rocky Mountain water.
